Returns & Refund Policy


*Now offering FREE Returns Australia wide on full priced items (via our Returns Portal) SALE items can be returned at the purchases expense. 

ALL full priced returns will be processed as a Store Credit unless a refund is requested via email ONCE the credit code has been received. If the FREE returns option is used, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

If free postage was available on the original purchase, the amount of $12 may also be deducted from the refund amount. Eg. If you make a purchase of 2x items totaling over $150 and receive free shipping, return an item bringing the total under $150, the $12 shipping will be then deducted from the refund.

Sale items will be issued as a store credit ONLY.

Here at Indy and Eve, we understand that sometimes shopping online can be hard. We are more than happy to accept your return within 45 days of your purchase date for a store credit.

- We will cover return costs on all items (excluding clearance) when lodged through our Returns Portal within Australia. All returns paid outside of our Returns Portal are at the purchaser’s expense. International Returns are at the expense of the purchaser.

- Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase on your original sale invoice.

- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed condition, in their original packaging with all tags, buttons etc. included.

- We have amended our Returns Policy to accept clearance stock at the expense of the purchaser for a store credit if returned within 45 days of the purchase date. 

- We try our very best to describe the sizing individually on each product. Please take the time to read this or contact us if you have any questions.

- All Gift Cards are non-refundable.

We Reserve the right to return your items to you if they do not meet the above conditions.

On return instore we will process and email you an online credit code for you to use providing the above is adhered to. This code can be used to purchase other items or colours/sizes online. Exchanges can also be made instore

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once received.


SALE ITEMS will only be accepted within the 45 days of purchase for a store credit.


If you receive your product and it has a fault or is damaged, please email us within 10 business days of receiving the goods. If your fault is found after this time, it may not be accepted. We will offer a replacement free of charge or a refund within 10 business days of receiving the goods.


Under the Australian Consumer Law, Indy and Eve is not required to provide a refund if you make the wrong selection, wrong size or change your mind. This includes purchases made by AfterPay, ZipPay, Paypal and card. You are however more than welcome to return to us for a store credit.


We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Please check these terms and conditions regularly prior to ordering from our website.
