Here at Indy and Eve, we understand that sometimes shopping online can be hard. We are more than happy to accept your return within 45 days of your purchase date.

- We will cover return costs on all items (excluding clearance) when lodged through our Returns Portal within Australia. All returns paid outside of our Returns Portal are at the purchaser’s expense. International Returns are at the expense of the purchaser.
- Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase on your original sale invoice.
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed condition, in their original packaging with all tags, buttons etc. included.
- Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when purchasing a sale item. We do not offer store credits on sale items.
- We try our very best to describe the sizing individually on each product. Please take the time to read this.
- All Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We Reserve the right to return your items to you if they do not meet the above conditions.
On return instore we will process and email you an online credit code for you to use providing the above is adhered to. This code can be used to purchase other items or colours/sizes online. Exchanges can also be made instore
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once received.
SALE ITEMS are final. We DO NOT offer credit codes, exchanges or refunds on sale/clearance items or items purchased of our sale page so please ensure you purchase with care.
If you receive your product and it has a fault or is damaged, please email us within 10 business days of receiving the goods. If your fault is found after this time, it may not be accepted. We will offer a replacement free of charge or a refund.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, Indy and Eve is not required to provide a refund if you make the wrong selection, wrong size or change your mind. This includes purchases made by AfterPay, ZipPay, Paypal and card. You are however more than welcome to return to us for a store credit.
CHANGE OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms and conditions regularly prior to ordering from our website.
