RETURNS POLICY

 

 

As we close our doors at our Keith store, we ask that you choose your purchases carefully. Online will continue under new management with all returns needing to be back to us by 31st December 2022 to be processed. Please contact us ASAP if you do have a return. We will try our best to accommodate all requests from all our wonderful customers and thank you all in advance for your support. 

The purchaser is responsible for any return postage charges and if the product is to be exchanged, responsible for the postage for the exchange.

 

PLEASE NOTE

- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed condition, in their original packaging with all tags, buttons etc. included.

 

 

- Clearance stock is final, please chose carefully. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please send us an email at online@indyandeve.com.au and we can assist you!

 

 

- We try our very best to describe the sizing individually on each product. Please take the time to read this or contact us if you have any questions.

 

 

- All Gift Cards are non-refundable.

 

 

We Reserve the right to return your items to you if they do not meet the above conditions.

 

 

On return instore we will process and email you an online gift card for you to use providing the above is adhered to. This code can be used to purchase other items or colours/sizes online. Exchanges can also be made instore

 

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once received.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

FAULTY/DAMAGED STOCK 

 

 

If you receive your product and it has a fault or is damaged, please email us within 10 business days of receiving the goods. If your fault is found after this time, it may not be accepted. We will offer a replacement free of charge or a refund within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

 

 

REFUNDS 

 

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, Indy and Eve is not required to provide a refund if you make the wrong selection, wrong size or change your mind. This includes purchases made by AfterPay, ZipPay, Paypal and card. You are however more than welcome to return to us for a store credit.

 

 

CHANGE OF TERMS

 

 

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Please check these terms and conditions regularly prior to ordering from our website.
