PROCESSING TIMES:

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm ACDT on the same day so you are able to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that during sale times or promotional periods, dispatch may take a little longer due to high demand.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • Indy + Eve offers complimentary Australian Standard Postage on all orders over $100*. 
  • Indy + Eve offers complimentary Australian Express Postage on all orders over $150*. 
  • Orders under $150 in value will be charged a $9.95 flat rate with orders being sent within 1-3 days (weekdays) or $12.95 for express post with orders being sent within 1 day (weekdays) of the order.
  • Orders between $100-149 in value can be upgraded to Australian Express Postage for $3.
  • International orders to New Zealand addresses will be charged at $15 flat rate for Standard Postage.
  • International orders to rest of world will be charged at $25 flat rate for Standard Postage.

EXPRESS POSTAGE:

Enjoy FREE Express Postage on orders over $150 to Australian addresses. Under normal circumstances you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. For more information regarding transit times, please visit the Australia Post website here.

STANDARD POSTAGE:

Enjoy FREE Standard Postage on orders over $100 to Australian addresses. Under normal circumstances you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days depending on where you are located. For more information regarding transit times, please visit the Australia Post website here.

DELIVERY

We are currently using Australia Post for delivery on parcels, specific requests & gift vouchers. We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and freight charges. Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after departure from our premises.

Please note: Indy + Eve have no control over your order once it has been lodged with Australia Post. If you have any concerns with the timeframe or delivery of your order we recommend you contact Australia Post and lodge a claim if the item becomes lost or damaged.
